Suri and Tom Cruise have been video chatting

Tom Cruise just wrapped his movie in Iceland, and according to his lawyer, he will be seeing his daughter Suri very soon.

Katie and SuriKatie Holmes has reportedly been given primary custody of her daughter Suri Cruise, but that doesn’t mean that Suri’s dad Tom Cruise doesn’t have communication with her. In fact, Cruise’s lawyer said they have been talking over video chat.

“If Suri wants to talk to Tom she will call him, with help of course,” a source told RadarOnline. The source also added Suri could see Cruise as early as next week.

Tom Cruise’s attorney Bert Fields talked to RadarOnline today about the custody battle between Cruise and Holmes.

“Tom will be seeing Suri very soon,” Fields said. “I don’t know exactly when that will be, and I couldn’t tell you, but I do know it will be very soon. Tom loves his Suri very, very much, as he does his other two children. Tom is a family man and dedicated to his children. They are the center of his world.”

Radar is reporting that both parents are allowed full communication, and when Suri is with Tom, Katie will be able to video chat with her daughter when she wants.

Holmes has reportedly enrolled Suri in the Convent of the Sacred Heart school in New York, according to E! News. The move is a step back to Holmes’s heritage; she was raised Catholic but converted to Scientology when she married Tom Cruise.

“The $38,000-a-year Sacred Heart boasts past students including Lady Gaga, Jordana Brewster, Nicky Hilton, Caroline Kennedy and more,” said E! News.

There have been reports that Holmes was worried about Suri being raised as a Scientologist and the move to enroll her in the school is another step to keep her away from that.

However, Cruise’s lawyer is quick to remind everyone that no one really knows what happened last Saturday during the divorce negotiations.

“The [divorce] agreement is confidential and its terms will not be disclosed,” Fields said according to the New York Post.
