Sugar cookie fruit cup recipe

Ingredients:

  • Store-bought sugar cookie dough (in the tube)
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced kiwi
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Press cookie dough into a small tart pan or muffin tin. We recommend spraying the muffin and tart pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until browned. Halfway through baking check on cookies cups and press down middle if they puff up too much. You can do this using a small spoon.
  4. Let the cookies cool and fill with whipped cream, pudding or whipped cream cheese and top with fresh sliced fruit.
