Issue like conduct disorder, attention and impulsivity problems, alcohol disorders, and criminal behavior are all more common for children who had mothers that drank during pregnancy. Additionally the risks increase for each additional week that a mother consumes alcohol during pregnancy. This study also factored in basic reasons that a child might have social issues like upbringing and economic status but alcohol actually stood on it's own as a risk factor.
