In honor of Home Safety Month why not tour a super safe home from the comfort of your desk? My Safe Home, a project of the Home Safety Council makes it easy to learn about key dangers that affect your family. Once at the My Safe Home website you can click on any room of the house and gain valuable tips about how you can make that space safer. Living room, kitchen, the backyard, your home office, poolside and more are all featured. Especially of interest to parents are the nursery and child's room. Each room features clickable spots that cover more information about the problem spot. For example, if you click on the question mark near the crib (shown below in the screen shot) you'll get some info on crib safety. You can click around the room to get more information about window safety, toy safety and so much more.
