Pitt purchased the home in 2005, after his split with Jennifer Aniston, but before setting up house with Jolie. It was built in 1962 and was purchased by Pitt for $8M. The home languished as a pocket listing for two years before going on the market in August of this year.
The sprawling 4,100 square-foot property has private beach access — naturally — and is set way back off the Pacific Coast Highway.
The home is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath piece of heaven that is on the Encinal Bluffs. It faces Point Mugu State Park on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other — providing spectacular ocean views.
