-
Ingredients for a margarita popsicle
1.5 oranges (about 2 medium size oranges), 12 oz. strawberries (about 12 medium strawberries), 5 oz. tequila, 3 oz. triple sec
-
Prepare oranges and strawberries
Cut and skin oranges into small pieces. Halve strawberries.
-
Puree ingredients in a food processor or blender
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until pureed, about 30-40 seconds. Mixture will be slightly pulpy. Do not strain. The fruit pieces will help the alcohol popsicles to freeze.

Add popsicle sticks and freeze
Insert popsicle stick and transfer mold to freezer to let the margarita popsicles set.
-
Remove margarita popsicles
Remove frozen alcoholic popsicles from freezer and run hot water on the outside of mold for a 2-3 seconds to release popsicles.
-
Serve and enjoy
These strawberry margarita popsicles sure to be a big hit at any party.
