  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

  2. Mix about 6-8 drops of food dye into three separate bowls. Add boiling water into each bowl and add a drop or so of vinegar into each. Drop 2 eggs into each coloring bowl and let sit for about 5-10 minutes. (The longer they sit, the darker the color.)
  3. Once they are dyed, rinse in cold water and dry. Fill each egg with yolk mixture (you can pipe if you want a polished look) and then garnish with paprika.
