Otherwise, the news of their household drama right before the separation news broke was probably the first time you’d heard of her. Now the media can’t get enough of her, which means this year will probably be the first of many years we’ll hear a lot of El Moussa’s name around.

She said this was one of the hardest parts of the split because her daughter, Taylor, didn’t understand. As a couple, the El Moussas were constantly remodeling their home. As a result, Taylor simply thought the move was temporary, but El Moussa reportedly had to explain the real reason they were leaving the home: the divorce.

Since then, El Moussa has made it clear that she’s taking some time for herself and her two children. Though she has been spotted out and about with some other mystery men, it turns out they’ve all just been friends of hers. Well, friends for now, anyway.

In an interview with People, she cryptically teased, “I’m feeling fabulous and can’t wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for me. I have some exciting projects in the works!”
