Organization is key to managing your life smoothly. And since most of our lives are spent on the go, it makes sense that the majority of that organization should happen on our smartphones, because they’re the glue that holds our heavily scheduled lives together. Awesome NOTE

Awesome Note is similar to other note-taking and organizational apps by allowing you to combine notes with to-do lists, as well as integrating others lists and emails, calendar functionality and photo diaries into the mix. On top of all of that, it gives you the flexibility to design the notes interface, so you can tailor it to your liking.

2WorldCard Contacts

WorldCard Contacts is a database manager on your phone for business cards. The app saves the business card image directly to its listings, and allows you to browse, call, text or send emails to your contacts straight from your contacts list.

3LockBox

LockBox is a secure and encrypted application that allows users to protect passwords, PINs, credit card numbers and other sensitive information. The free app is also pass-code protected.

4Bill Minder

Bill Minder is a handy little app that reminds you to pay your bills on time. Though it doesn’t pay them automatically, it notifies you of due dates and lets you set up reminders ahead of time so no bill goes unnoticed.

5Remember the Milk

Remember the Milk is a to-do list and task manager that sends out reminder alerts for items on your to-do queue via SMS, email or IM. You can also share your tasks with other recipients and sync it with Google calendar.
