Domaine Carneros Winery

This amazing chateau sits atop a hill providing incredible views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Domaine Carneros Winery, founded by Champagne Taittinger, is best known for their Brut Vintage and their luxury cuvee, Le Reve Blanc de Blancs, but they also make pinot noir. A relaxing seated wine tasting takes place on the outdoor terrace where you can sip a glass or sample a flight. There’s also a small menu of cheeses and other bites to choose from. One thing is for sure: You’ll want to stay here all day.

Mumm Napa

This Napa Valley institution, established in 1979, is one of California‘s top sparkling wine producers. Mumm Napa offers a vast array of sparkling wines made in the méthode traditionelle. Several tasting and tour options let you choose the perfect experience for you — on the terrace, in the salon or on the patio. When you’re done with your tasting, visit the winery’s Fine Art Photography Gallery, where you can view a collection of Ansel Adams prints on permanent exhibit, along with other rotating exhibits. The winery also hosts seminars and dinners focused on bubbly.

Domaine Chandon

Another institution, Domaine Chandon was founded in 1973 by Moet et Chandon, and was Napa Valley’s first French-owned sparkling wine producer. Their modern and contemporary tasting lounge offers options like the prestige tasting, cocktail tasting and epicurean experience. And if you need a little food after all that bubbly, etoile Restaurant is on-site at the winery, boasting a delicious menu.
