Born and bred in the US, the all-American Boston Terrier is the first homegrown breed recognized by the American Kennel Club. These four-legged sweethearts are the product of a post-Civil War creation resulting from a cross between an English Bulldog and the now-extinct white English Terrier. With a history rich in our nation’s roots, the Boston Terrier is an excellent family companion that’s as sweet and comforting as apple pie.
