Thanks for your interest in sharing your ultrasound image with other Pregnancy & Baby readers! Here are some guidelines for inclusion:
- We can accept emailed images only -- sorry, we cannot scan your images.
- Scan your ultrasound picture at 72-150 DPI and save as a JPEG (alternatively, TIF or GIF) file. (We will resize as needed, or you can make your image finished at 72 dpi and 400 pixels wide.)
- Email your image to us at feedback -at-coincide.com . Please be sure to clearly note in the subject line ULTRASOUND SUBMISSION; and in the message body, please include the following information for each image: Your first name (to appear with your ultrasound image), how many weeks along you were when the scan was done, and any other notes (i.e. if it's a profile shot, a picture of a foot, a spine, twins, etc.)
- We do not guarantee a time before posting your image, but will try to post it as soon as possible. :-) It might be a month or two.
By submitting an ultrasound image, you are stating your agreement of the following terms:
You grant Pregnancy & Baby/Coincide Media, LLC a perpetual license to use any image you submit. You retain the copyright to your image and may reprint it elsewhere. Pregnancy & Baby/Coincide Media, LLC may use the ultrasound image you are submitting royalty-free in any derivative works in any medium, including print, film, or electronic storage devices. Pregnancy & Baby/Coincide Media, LLC agrees to publish your name, as provided by you, along with your ultrasound image as included on Pregnancy & Baby or in a derivative work. We do not pay for the use of ultrasound images.
Pregnancy & Baby/Coincide Media, LLC reserves the right not to publish any submission at our discretion or due to space issues.
