Wondering if you're pregnant? As your body adjusts you'll usually start to feel tired. It's hard work to grow a baby and many women experience extreme tiredness for the first eight to ten weeks of pregnancy. Nausea: Morning sickness sucks. That's about the best way to put it. The upside of nausea; it can be an early sign of pregnancy. Many women feel morning nausea due to low blood sugar levels but other women feel nausea at other times of the day or even all day long. Ginger tea, dry crackers, or a banana can help fight off nausea. Tiredness also contributes to nausea so get plenty of rest. Breast changes: Among all the changes you experience during early pregnancy, breast changes seem to be one of the most noticeable. For most of my girlfriends (and me) tender and heavy feeling breasts were among the very first pregnancy clues we had. You may also notice that the veins running over your breasts become darker and more pronounce. Some women even notice an early breast size increase. Take a look here to see more early indicators of pregnancy. If you notice these early changes you can take a home pregnancy test or visit your care provider.
