Pregnant women often have trouble sleeping. In the last trimester insomnia can become more frequent because it's harder to find a comfortable sleeping position. Not to mention you've got baby birthing questions and concerns on the brain, frequent bathroom urges, an active kicking baby, and hot flashes due to increased blood supply.
