Add to that, all the 'expert' advice everywhere you turn, other mamas, your partner, the neighbors, and the in-laws opinions, and it's enough to make any mama in the real world nuts.
The best advice is to pave your own mama road. Mother your kids how you think is best. The experts and the famous people and that mama down the street who scrunches her noise at you -- they aren't always right you know. I think we need to see more 'real mamas' in the news. Mamas who do things their own way; mamas willing to support other mamas without the judgment; basically, mamas who rock this mothering business. What mamas really need:

- Honesty from the media, health care industry, and our personal health care providers as it relates to both parenting and child and mama health.
