Annoying mama 2: my baby is a genius super baby

A few days ago I posted about annoying mamas; specifically, the "Nothing you do is right mama" but she's not the only annoying mama on the block. The my baby is a "genius super baby" mama: This mama starts every sentence with, "did you hear what junior did... he" (insert genius super baby event). This may include but is not limited to:

• Talking at nine months
• Walking before his peers
• Preferring opera and Shakespeare in the park to a good munch on a chew toy
• Signing proficiently by 10 months
• Producing works of art that SOMA would bid on.
• Doing the dishes, laundry, or dusting.
• Generally doing everything better than your little one at all times.

I've seen genius super babies with their own websites (I'm not kidding). One mama I knew of had a website for her little; which in itself is cool but on the website she wrote all the ways in which he was perfect even up to mastering typing by age two (RIGHT). Here's a tip. All babies are wonderful but constant bragging and promotion of your babies amazing powers can leave you out in the cold because smart mamas know that there are no perfect babies. All babies have cranky times, or angry times, or tasks they don't do as well as others. Mamas like to exchange war stories and helpful tips. If your little is so amazing that he could raise himself (or so you say) it's eventually gonna irk other mamas and they won't believe you because if it sounds too good to be true guess what? That's right, it probably is.
