The National Institutes of Health has a great site, The National Women's Health Information Center, that specializes in women's health news, tips, and resources. Your children depend on you, and staying healthy is one of the best ways you can care for them. Your child want's you around for a long, long time. You can visit the Health Information Center to gain daily news and breaking studies about health topics that affect all women, such as: Health Tools such as body weight calculators, quit smoking tools, and even smart baby shopping lists are available as well. You can also search their Health Topics section for specifics that affect your world. Far more resources can be found at this website including, Campaigns & Events like National Women's Health Week, and girlshealth.gov for the health of your daughters. When we get so busy with kids, partners, businesses, and housework, the first person we neglect is usually ourself. Taking care of your health first and foremost is essential so that you can in turn care for your family, and The National Women's Health Information Center has everything you need to make this a reality.
