Combining foods into pregnancy snacks can better help you to fight hunger, gain nutrients, and it takes away the blah that we sometimes feel regarding healthy snack foods. Here are some healthy mixed pregnancy snacks to try:  Oatmeal with fresh fruit. Apples paired with small slices of cheddar cheese or dipped in a small cup of creamy peanut butter. Yogurt with Grape Nuts! This is one of my favorite snacks ever - both during and not during pregnancy. One note, Grape Nuts are not a low sodium food, so don't go nuts (ha, no pun intended). You can switch out the cereal for granola or another cereal too. Sliced veggies, crackers and hummus dip. I like roasted red pepper hummus best. English muffins toped with salsa and cheese. Tortilla with one scrambled egg + salsa + a little smidgen of cheese. What are your favorite pregnancy mixed food snacks?
