  2. Choose a healthy start. Plan for healthy eating, plan an exercise routine, and get plenty of rest.
  3. Pick up a great pregnancy journal so you record good memories and symptoms plus questions you want to discuss with your health care provider.
  4. Try to think up a great way to share your news with friends and family.
  5. Plan a trip with your significant other. Something romantic - this is your last chance for a while.
  6. Take out that belly button ring and find a new option!
  7. Have your partner take a picture of your belly each month. You can keep this up into the second and third trimester.
