Sometimes it feels like we've seen every baby name known to man. But honestly, I know we haven't. Let's see what pops up this week... Baby boy name: Digby, from the Old French, diguer, 'to make a dyke or ditch', and by inference, to unearth, investigate, discover, be curious. Baby girl name: Eolande, from the Greek, eos, 'dawn', thus 'land to the east'. Well, well, well. As usual we have some interesting finds. I actually think Digby is kind of cute. You don't hear it, hardly ever. I don't know that I'd go so far to name a baby Digby, but it is storybook adorable. As for the baby girl name; one, I'm not quite sure how one might pronounce it, and two, I don't like the layout. I like names that look a certain way, and Eolande is not it. What do you think?
