There are some pregnancy pains that should concern you. There are also some basic aches and pains that you should expect. These aches and pains, while bothersome, aren't things you need to be worried about; many pregnant women deal with them. Sore breasts: Very common, usually even a first sign that you might be pregnant. Part of the ache is that your breasts will likely get bigger, and your current bra size may not provide good support. Try a well supported bra in a bigger size and see if that helps. Fatigue: Fatigue is not an ache or pain so much, but after a few days of feeling extremely tired, it can be a pain in other ways. Fatigue, even extreme fatigue, is to be expected, and usually subsides by your second trimester. Nausea - or the dreaded morning sickness issue: Unlike some people assume, morning sickness doesn't occur in all pregnancies - but for the women who do get some form of morning sickness, it can feel terrible. Luckily there are plenty of options for some, if not lots of relief. Read:
