As your pregnancy progresses, and your belly and breasts grow, you may find that you'll need to adjust the seat position and fulcrum position on the machines. You may also need to reduce the amount of resistance you use as your own body increases in weight, providing its own additional resistance.
With the lower body machines, you may find that you'll need to shorten your range of motion as your pregnancy progresses, especially if you use the squat machine or the inner/outer thigh machine.
On the leg extension machine, placing your feet wider on the foot plates will help you accommodate your bigger belly.
