Just like last week, this week has not been eventful! I am thankful for that. Baby continues to grow, I continue to feel well, my clothes continue to get tighter and I continue to get more and more frustrated with it. We did have some sad news in our family yesterday. Bessie, Steve's great-aunt, passed away. She had bypass surgery in December and developed complications from it and never fully recovered. When we had Steve's birthday party in October, she sat Steve and I down on the couch and sang us a lullaby that she wanted us to sing for Scarlett when she was born. I remember Steve, Janice, Billy, and I laughing at one point because we didn't think she would be able to hit the high note in the song, but she did! I know I won't be able to sing Scarlett the lullaby without thinking of Bessie each time I do.

Steve and I are looking at getting thank-you cards with Scarlett's name on them, but there are so many darn choices that it is about to drive me insane. I think I need to just pick one and be done with it. I may search the web a little more today, but I've got to come to a decision because I could search forever and still find something that I liked and wanted to throw into the "maybe" pile.

My back hasn't acted up too much this week. It's been sore at the end of some days, but not to the point where I've needed a heating pad.

Have I mentioned how much I love donuts? Mmm...donuts. PregnancyAndBaby.com
