Power walk with your baby in a front pack. If you're lucky enough to live near hiking trails walk uphill some or hit the beach where the sand creates great resistance. Climb stairs at your favorite mall or dance with your babe. Even just 10 minutes a couple of times a day on your exercise bike can make a difference. Got 20 minutes?: Vacuum like there's no tomorrow or do 20 minutes of a good postnatal exercise DVD. Get your partner in gear and have the whole family take a nice long after dinner walk.
