- Don't attempt anything nutty - no inverted poses, upside down anything, or a posture that requires you to lie on your belly. Use common sense and you'll be fine.
- If you'd like to try a pose that you normally shouldn't during pregnancy ask your instructor if there might be a way to modify the pose with a chair.
- Always use your mat so you don't slip.
