To check your BMI visit the BMI link at the National Institutes of Health. If your BMI is not within the recommeded range, this link offers tips about how to get your BMI on track. Studies show that women who take a regular iron supplement of 40-80 mg and a daily multivitamin are less likely to experience problems conceiving. And of course, women who eat a good diet, with fertility superfoods, will usually become pregnant more easily than women eating an inadequate diet.
