During the summer it's easy for you and your baby to go swimming or hike at the local park but as fall weather sets in, and with it the rain and chill, it's harder to stay motivated to keep moving. However, keep in mind that fall weather also coincides with the holiday season. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more all involve extra food and treats, so if you're a mama looking to stay fit you will need to get moving, even though it's chilly and wet. Some options...
