Make a chalkboard table for your toddler

Once your little one reaches a year, chalk is a great art medium for him to try out. Chalk is inexpensive, non-toxic, and if it gets on clothing or the walls it'll wash out. Plus it's got multiple uses. Your child can use chalk indoors and out - on paper or a chalkboard or the sidewalk.

You can make your own art table with a chalkboard top for super cheap. A store bought chalkboard table can cost over $100.
