I honestly believe that any parent can raise a veggie lover right from the start. That said, there are always going to be foods your child won't like or eat which means she may miss out on some vital nutrients.

If your tot hates broccoli which is packed with vitamin C try tomato sauce on pasta, red bell peppers (a favorite of my son), mashed sweet potatoes or strawberries. If your tot hates spinach which is great for potassium try mashed potatoes, apricots, bananas, soft cooked soy beans (edamame) or mashed pumpkin. If your tot hates carrots which serves up vitamin A try sweet potato french fries (usually available now in the freezer section at the grocery store), green sweet peas, or mashed papaya.
