The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Sage Creek Organics have announced a voluntary recall of around 600 Sage Creek Organics children’s sleepwear. There hasn't been any reported injuries involved with these garments, however, these pjs fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, which means they pose a risk of burn injury to children. The pieces are being recalled because they do not meet the tight-fitting sizing requirements. What's being recalled: Long sleeve boys’ and girls’ pajama sets that were part of the Enchanted Forest Collection, Forest Friends Collection or Golden Dragonfly Collection. The sets were sold in sizes 6 months to 4T in the following colors: cream and green; dark blue and light blue; and, pink and lilac. All pieces were sold nationwide in small boutiques and online at the Sage Creek Organics website from August 2010 to February 2011 for approximately $35. If your child has one of these garments, either return it to the place of purchase or to Sage Creek Organics for a full refund.
