Coregeous DVDWho is Jill Miller?

Jill is a leader in the yoga and fitness industry with more than 26 years of expertise focusing on yoga, modern dance and pilates. What is Coregeous

The Coregeous DVD, $15, offers several elements designed to safely build ab strength and help new moms lose post-baby belly fat. The pre- and post-baby abdominal transformation promises build a strong lower back and revitalize muscles of the ribcage, and establish proper spinal alignment and breathing patterns by using the “Coreso” muscles.

Layer by layer

The DVD offers a specially designed layer by layer strength building program to help new moms regain core and ab strength. The program “restores facility and function to your entire torso by improving biomechanics, mobility and stability to the multiple tissues surrounding, supporting and enveloping your spine and core."

For moms to be and new moms

The seven routines included on the DVD program were created by Jill specifically for expectant moms as well as new moms aiming to regain their pre-baby bodies.

The Core of the workout

The program is broken down into 4 main sequences:

  • The Core Re-Form provides a deep tissue massage to release knots and trigger points.
  • COREganized establishes proper spinal alignment and breathing patterns by using all of your "Coreso" muscles.
  • InCOREporate builds a strong lower back and revitalizes the muscles of the ribcage to stitch the seams of your torso together from top to bottom.
  • COREgeous that challenges your balance and engages all of your core muscles to master stability, agility and fluidity. The entire body works together as one seamless unit.
