Recalled Dream On Me Lullaby Cradle Glider

Around 700 Dream On Me Lullaby Cradle Gliders have been recalled due to a fall hazard. If you have one, it’s likely included.

Product Description: This recall focuses on Lullaby Cradle Gliders from Dream On Me Inc. The cradles are made of pine and features slats on all four sides. They also have a base that has a gliding side-to-side motion.

Each cradle’s inner measurements are 34.5 inches by 20.5 inches and they include a mattress pad and four wheels on the base.

The cradle was sold in one design that came in four colors: 640-C, cherry; 640-W,white; 640-E, espresso; and 640-N, natural. On the mattress support board, there is a label that identifies the date of manufacture as October 2011.

Where/when it was sold: These recalled cradles were available online (only) at K-Mart, Sears, Toys R Us and Walmart from October 2011 through June 2013 for around $130.

Reason for recall: The mattress support board can disengage, fall out or slide out, posing a fall hazard to babies.
